Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UM PAINEL VITRIFICADO DE MÚLTIPLAS CAMADAS. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de moldagem por injeção para formar intercamadas poliméricas (16) diretamente entre dois substratos rígidos (12, 14) que são posicionados de modo que após a injeção do material polimérico fundido e após resfriamento, o painel de múltiplas camadas resultante funcione como um painel de segurança que pode ser usado em qualquer aplicação vitrificada de segurança convencional. Os métodos da presente invenção utilizam um polímero de peso molecular relativamente baixo, múltiplos pontos de injeção, compressão em moldagem e/ou um substrato aquecido de modo a facilitar a injeção do polímero no espaço que é tipicamente encontrado nos vitrificados de segurança sendo o mesmo relativamente estreito entre os substratos vitrificados.
