O acionador compreende um pistão pneumático (Pp) anular provido de um tubo móvel (21) montado na parte interna do pistão, o pistão pneumático (Ep) podendo se deslocar dentro de um cilindro externo (Cy) sob efeito de um diferencial de pressão aplicado a partir do exterior por conexões pneumáticas (Xl, X2). O acionador é provido além disto de um pistão hidráulico (Eh) coaxial munido de uma haste (10) deslizante dentro de uma camisa coaxial fixa (19, 20) separando os dois pistões, estes sendo solidários entre si por uma conexão mecânica (11) entre a extremidade da haste (10) do pistão hidráulico e a extremidade do tubo móvel (21) O acionador compreende além disto comportas de comando elétrico ou pneumático, restrições ajustáveis, válvulas anti-retorno, e um reservatório de óleo (l5) mantido sob pressão por uma mola (16) ajustável por uma rosca (1).
