Abstract

ANáLISE DE REPARO AUTOMATIZADA USANDO UM SISTEMA BASEADO EM REGRAS DISPOSTAS EM PACOTES. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para diagnosticar um defeito de dispositivo que inclui o recebimento de uma solicitação de reparo de um dispositivo eletromecânico, onde a solicitação inclui a identificação do dispositivo com defeito, os dados referentes à configuração e o estado do dispositivo, a informação no nível de acesso para o dispositivo, e uma descrição do defeito do dispositivo. Um procedimento de análise de reparo pode ser automaticamente selecionado com base na informação recebida, e pelo menos um teste automatizado pode ser executado. O procedimento de análise de reparo pode ser representado por uma árvore de diagnóstico apresentando uma pluralidade de nós, onde cada nó pode incluir diferentes números de testes. Os testes podem incluir o download de software do dispositivo. Os resultados do teste ou testes podem ser usados para serem movidos da árvore de diagnóstico e para modificar ou atualizar o procedimento de análise de reparo. Uma instrução para solucionar o defeito pode ser então desenvolvida para o dispositivo.
