Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA PREDIÇÃO ADAPTATIVA INTERCAMADA, INTRATEXTURA DE MACROBLOCO. São providos codificadores e decodificadores de vídeo escalonável e métodos correspondentes para codificação e decodificação de vídeo escalonável.
