Abstract
INIBIDOR AQUOSO DE CORROSçO, COMPOSIÇçO DE LIMPEZA ÁCIDA AQUOSA INIBIDORA DE CORROSçO, E, MÉTODOS DE LIMPEZA DE METAL E DE PRODUÇçO DE UM INIBIDOR AQUOSO DE CORROSçO. Composições inibidoras de corrosão aquosas, preferivelmente estáveis a armazenagem, úteis em soluções de limpeza acídicas para a limpeza de superficies de metal, compreendendo produtos de reação de pelo menos um componente de amina de colofônia, pelo menos um componente de cetona líquida não inflamável, pelo menos um componente de ácido carboxílico, pelo menos um componente de para-formaldeido e água; limpadores acídicos aquosos preparados destas; e métodos de seu uso. As composições inibidoras de corrosão da invenção são produzidas por um processo simples que reduz a presença de matérias primas tóxicas e/ou inflamáveis, co-produtos, reagentes residuais e íon de cloreto enquanto fornece inibição de ácido nos limpadores acídicos aquosos.Aqueous Corrosion Inhibitor, Aqueous Acid Cleaning Corrosion Inhibitor, and METAL CLEANING METHODS AND PRODUCTION OF A WATER CORROSION INHIBITOR. Preferably storage stable aqueous corrosion inhibiting compositions useful in acidic surface cleaning solutions for metal surfaces, comprising reaction products of at least one rosin amine component, at least one non-flammable liquid ketone component, at least at least one carboxylic acid component, at least one paraformaldehyde component and water; prepared aqueous acidic cleansers thereof; and methods of its use. The corrosion inhibiting compositions of the invention are produced by a simple process that reduces the presence of toxic and / or flammable raw materials, co-products, residual reagents and chloride ion while providing acid inhibition in aqueous acidic cleaners.
