Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA FUNçãO DIELéTRICA NUM OBJETO E APARELHO PARA DETERMINAR A DISTRIBUIçãO ESPACIAL DE TEMPERATURA NUM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E APARELHO PARA DETERMINAR UMA CARACTERìSTICA NUM OBJETO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para determinar uma função dielétrica num objeto. O aparelho compreende uma antena transmissora (42) para transmitir radiação de microondas através de dito objeto, e uma antena receptora (43) para receber a radiação de microondas transmitida, um transmissor de ultra-som para emitir radiação ultra-sónica através de dito objeto para gerar uma variação de densidade no objeto, meios para analisar a radiação de microondas transmitida através da variação de densidade para determinar a interação acústico-elétrica <sym> no objeto, e meios para calcular a função dielétrica no objeto, a partir da interação acústico-elétrica. A invenção também se refere a um método para determinar a função dielétrica num objeto.
