Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA O ACOPLAMENTO E A LIBERAçãO DE UMA CONEXãO DE TUBO DE UM TUBO FLANGEADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para acoplamento rápido de uma conexão de tubo a um tubo flangeado é descrito, que compreende uma placa de conexão (13) presa de forma rígida a uma extremidade (1) da conexão, de modo a poder ser axialmente aproximada da dianteira de um flange terminal (12) do tubo flangeado, rodas de grampeamento (15) revolvendo em torno de seus próprios eixos geométricos e se projetando frontalmente a partir da referida placa (13) em posições circunferencialmente distanciadas. Cada roda de grampeamento (15) tem um formato arredondado com um corte (24) ao longo de uma corda de círculo, de modo a se permitir, em uma posição angular com a corda virada em direção ao eixo geométrico do acoplamento, e para se impedir, em todas as outras posições angulares, a passagem do flange (12) do tubo flangeado entre as referidas rodas (15) para um movimento mútuo para perto e um movimento para longe da placa (13) e do flange (12). Cada roda de grampeamento (15) tem, além disso, em direção à placa (13), um estreitamento helicoidal (25) capaz de causar, como resultado da rotação da roda (15), a partir da referida posição angular para as outras referidas posições angulares, o encaixe de confinamento frontal e o grampeamento do referido flange (12) contra a referida placa (13). Cada roda (15) é controlada por uma unidade de parafuso sem fim com pinhão (19) suportada por um bloco (80) integral com a placa (13) e conectável a meios de controle externos.
