Abstract

MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE DNA DE PLASMìDIO SUPER-ENROLADO FECHADO COVALENTEMENTE E COMPOSIçãO DE MATéRIA. Um método geral e cepas de bactérias são descritos, por meio do qual é possível purificar drasticamente o DNA de plasmídio com respeito ao DNA genómico, e o RNA. Em uma realização preterida, a lise e a remoçãoda nuclease de ácidos nucléicos hospedeiros é um componente integral do processo de fermentação/colheita, e dessa maneira é obtido um rendimento maior e uma pureza com a purificação a jusante simplificada e correntes residuais reduzidas, reduzindo desse modo os custos de produção.
