Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE MATERIAL REFORçADO POR DISPERSóIDE A presente invenção refere-se a uma primeira concretização a invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um material reforçado por dispersóide, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) provisão de partículas de metal, em que o metal é selecionado de metais de grupo de platina, ouro, prata, níquel e cobre, bem como suas ligas; (ii) misturação das partículas de metal com um composto precursor do dispersóide e solvente; (iii) remoção do solvente, de modo a se obter partículas de metal providas com composto precursor; e (iv) compactação das partículas de metal providas com composto precursor de modo a se obter o material reforçado por dispersóide, em que o composto precursor é convertido no dispersóide durante a operação de compactação. Em uma segunda concretização a invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de material reforçado por dispersóide, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) provisão de partículas de metal, em que o metal é selecionado de metais de grupo de platina, ouro, prata, níquel e cobre, bem como suas ligas, e em que as partículas de metal são produzidas por processos mecânicos selecionados de usinagem, moagem, torneamento e limagem; (ii) misturação das partículas de metal com um dispersóide ou um composto precursor do dispersóide, bem como solvente; remoção do solvente: e compactação das partículas de metal obtidas na etapa (iii) de modo se obter o material reforçado por dispersóide.
