Abstract
FIBRA TERMOPLáSTICA DE POLIOLEFINA TERMICAMENTE COLáVEL PARA A PRODUçãO DE FALSOS TECIDOS, ASSIM COMO UM FALSO TECIDO OBTIDO POR COLAGEM TéRMICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma fibra termoplástica de poliolefina termicamente colável para a produção de falsos tecidos, assim como a falsos tecidos obtidos por colagem térmica de tais fibras de poliolefina. A produção de falsos tecidos para aplicações em usos finais higiênicos tem características de colagem térmica e de maciez dependentes das fibras. The present invention relates to a thermally bondable thermoplastic polyolefin fiber for the production of false fabrics, as well as to false fabrics obtained by thermally sealing such polyolefin fibers. The production of nonwovens for hygienic end-use applications has fiber-dependent softness and thermal bonding characteristics. For improvement, the fiber of the invention exhibits a total plastic deformability under the calendering process at the thermosetting site and low surface degradation during the spinning process. Therefore, the thermosetting sites of a fake fabric are characterized by strong overall fiber compaction. The thermal sizing behavior of the fiber will be achieved by a rotation process with the appropriate adjusted rotation chamber temperature to achieve the specified thermal degradation.
