Abstract

CARTUCHO DE TINTA PARA IMPRESSORA DE JATO DE TINTA. A presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho de tinta para uma impressora de jato de tinta que inclui uma corbertura de topo, uma parede de fundo, uma alça, uma câmara de tinta, uma entrada de ar e uma janela de suprimento de tinta. A entrada de ar é disposta no topo da câmara de tinta, de modo que a câmara de tinta seja comunicada com a atmosfera. Um capilar de labirinto é disposto na superfície lateral da parede de fundo, com uma extremidade em comunicação com a porção de fundo da câmara de tinta e a outra extremidade em comunicação com a cavidade para a acomodação de feixes de fibra alongados. A janela de suprimento de tinta é disposta no fundo da cavidade para a acomodação de feixes de fibra alongados, e os feixes de fibra alongados são acomodados na cavidade. A presente invenção tem as vantagens a seguir de reduzir grandemente a tinta residual, melhorar a produção de impressão, e reduzir o custo de fabricação; reduzir a perda, desse modo criando beneficios para proteção ambiental; e realizar a produção em massa, desse modo melhorando a taxa de qualificação.
