Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A CONVERSãO DE UMA CORRENTE DE ALIMENTAçãO DE NITROGêNIO E HIDROGêNIO EM AMÈNIA, UNIDADE DE SìNTESE PARA A CONVERSãO DO NITROGêNIO E HIDROGêNIO EM UMA CORRENTE DE ALIMENTAçãO EM AMÈNIA, E PROCESSO PARA A CONVERSãO DE UMA PLANTA ORIGINAL DE AMÈNIA EM UMA PLANTA CONVERTIDA DE AMÈNIA". A amónia é produzida em um reator 22, 24, 246, 248, 250 ou 252 em que as condições pseudo-isotérmicas podem ser atingidas por resfriamento por convecção de uma zona de reação do reator pelo posicionamento de pelo menos uma porção da zona de reação em contato indireto com um fluxo de gás quente tal como gás de descarga 18 ou ar pré-aquecido. O gás quente 18 pode ser fornecido de um aquecedor atiçado, uma caldeira 10, um reformador 202, uma fornalha de pré-aquecimento de ar de processo, uma turbina de gás, ou semelhantes. O reator converte uma corrente de alimentação de um gás de purga 12 ou gás de síntese em amónia.
