Abstract

"ENGRENAGEM DE DENTES RETOS". Especialmente engrenagem cónica de dentes retos, que compreende um ou vários estágios. Os estágios estão acomodados em uma transmissão que apresenta duas superfícies laterais (16,17) e duas superfícies de fundo. As superfícies laterais (16,17) e as superfícies de fundo (20,21) são providas de aletas de refrigeração (18, 19, 27). Da transmissão sobressai um eixo de acionamento (5), sobre o qual está fixado de forma resistente contra torção um ventilador axial (30) fora da transmissão. Além disso, encontra-se alojado um flange lanterna (7) para acoplar uma lanterna do redutor (31), sendo que o flange lanterna (7) é moldado diretamente na transmissão. Neste caso, o flange lanterna é provido no prolongamento das superfícies de fundo (20, 21) da caixa de orifícios centrais (24) e no prolongamento das superfícies laterais (16,17) da caixa de orifícios laterais (23) (Figura 1).
