Abstract

"BOMBA OU MOTOR DE CAVIDADE PROGRESSIVA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma bomba ou motor de cavidade progressiva que inclui, em uma modalidade, um tubo externo 12, um tubo interno 14, e uma pluralidade de aberturas 16. Um par de glândulas de vedação anular 18 veda o material do estator ao tubo externo. O material de estator é moldado por injeção no tubo interno e passa através da pluralidade de aberturas e entra em um espaço anular entre o tubo interno e o tubo externo. Em outras modalidades, o alojamento externo para uma bomba ou motor de cavidade progressiva é fornecido com um ou mais sulcos, com cada sulco possuindo um raio de superfície externo inferior ao raio de superfície de alojamento externo. Uma pluralidade de aberturas é fornecida em comunicação por fluido com os sulcos. De acordo com o método da invenção, o material de estator é injetado para dentro das aberturas e preenche um espaço radialmente externo das aberturas para unir o material de estator ao alojamento externo.
