Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CARREGAMENTO PRESSURIZADO PARA ALTO FORNO". Compreende a presente patente de invenção - PI, que diz respeito a um sistema de carregamento para Altos Fornos siderúrgicos ou qualquer forno que necessite ou no qual se deseje efetuar o carregamento pressurizado, de materiais sólidos que possam ser transportados em transportadores de correia convencionais, em transportadores de correia tubulares, em transportadores do tipo esteiras, ou outro tipo de transporte de sólidos, quando a inclinação necessária é maior que a permitida para correias convencionais ou tubulares. O sistema de carregamento pressurizado está sendo assim denominado, pois, desde os silos de preparação de carga até a efetiva disposição da carga dentro do Alto Forno, todo o sistema é pressurizado. O princípio básico da presente patente é retirar o sistema de carregamento do Alto Forno, constituído de silos e válvulas, de seu topo, deslocando-o para o piso da usina, acrescentando-se, além disto muitas outras melhorias e simplificações para introduzir a carga no Alto Forno. Permanecerá no topo do Alto Forno somente o sistema rotativo e basculante de distribuição de carga e os equipamentos necessários para manter a segurança do forno em casos de emergência. A presente patente propõe o enclausuramento do transportador de correia tubular e seus acessórios, em uma tubulação, partindo dos silos de estocagem de carga até o topo do Alto Forno. Com isto a pressão do forno será mantida e transmitida através da tubulação, até os silos de estocagem, ao longo de todo o transportador de correia tubular. Sistemas auxiliares, objeto desta patente de invenção, propiciarão uma perfeita estanqueidade do Alto Forno realizada de uma forma simples e menos onerosa que as soluções existentes. A poluição será praticamente inexistente, pois a tubulação que enclausura o transportador tubular impedirá vazamento de particulado da carga para a atmosfera. Outro aspecto que será melhorado é quanto à simplificação dos equipamentos de distribuição de carga que propiciará uma menor e mais fácil manutenção das peças sujeitas a desgaste. Para efeito desta patente, o processo de carregamento pode ser por meio de abertura e fechamento de válvulas tipo guilhotina (ou outros tipo de válvulas), ou por gravidade, ambos propiciando uma perfeita estanqueidade do Alto Forno, impedindo que os gases formados na combustão que ocorrem em seu interior sejam lançados na atmosfera, além de manter uma pressão positiva no topo do Alto Forno. No sistema proposto nesta patente esta pressão pode chegar a 4,0 bar ou mais. A utilização desta pressão maior poderá ser realizada ou não dependendo das possibilidades e dos benefícios que este aumento de pressão possa proporcionar à operação do Alto Forno."HIGH OVEN PRESSURED CHARGING SYSTEM". Another aspect that will be improved is the simplification of load distribution equipment that will provide less and easier maintenance of parts subject to wear. For the purpose of this patent, the loading process may be by opening and closing gate valves (or other valves), or by gravity, both providing a perfect blast-tightness, preventing the gases formed in the combustion that occur inside it to be released into the atmosphere, while maintaining positive pressure on the top of the blast furnace. In the system proposed in this patent this pressure can reach 4.0 bar or more. The use of this higher pressure may or may not be realized depending on the possibilities and benefits that this pressure increase may provide to the blast furnace operation.
