"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM APARELHO DE TELEFONIA CELULAR E CORRELATOS EQUIPADO COM SENSOR DE AFASTAMENTO POR PARTE DO USUáRIO". Mais particularmente trata-se de um aparelho (AP) do tipo telefone celular, ou ainda palm-tops, note-book caracterizado pelo fato do circuito integrado (CI) ser equipado com sensor (1) ou microship que atua como um sensor de presença, funcionando como uma antena (A) que emite ou recebe sinais (S) do tipo rádio-frequência, infra vermelho ou outra forma de onda passível de ser checada permanentemente por um componente complementar (P) alojado em um elemento externo (E) que, por sua vez, permanece de posse permanente do usuário (U) do aparelho (AP) equipado com o sensor (1); ambos os elementos sensor (1) e elemento externo (E) reconhecem ou 'refletem' informações pré-determinadas de variante introduzidas em suas programações, variantes do tipo metragem (M) ou tempo (T); referidos sensores (1) e (P) estão associados a um meio de comunicação (C) que pode ser um 'buzzer', um Led, um vibrador ou outro adequado associado a dispositivos de alarme remotos ou rastreadores.
