Abstract
MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA MODIFICAçãO DE UM FLUIDO DE HIDROCARBONO UTILIZADO PARA CRIAR UM óLEO DE CILINDRO A presente invenção refere-se a um método (e a um sistema correspondente) de criação de um óleo de cilindro, o método compreendendo a modificação de pelo menos um fluido inicial (101) pela determinação do(s) TBN(S) do pelo menos um fluido inicial, determinação de um TBN desejado de um óleo de cilindro (102) e ajuste do TBN do pelo menos um fluido inicial (101) conseqüentemente pela mistura do pelo menos um fluido inicial (101) com aditivo(s) adequado(s). Dessa forma, um método (e sistema) para modificação de fluido(s) inicial(is) para criar um óleo de cilindro pelo ajuste de TBN é obtido. Isso fornece benefícios económicos significativos visto que os lubrificantes que, do contrário, teriam que ser eliminados podem ser reutilizados como um lubrificante de cilindro de perda total. Adicionalmente, o óleo de cilindro não precisa ser comprado. O(s) óleo(s) utilizado(s) para misturar o óleo de cilindro é (são) de qualidade mais consistente visto que é (são) reabastecido(s) ao contrário da prática tradicional, o que reduz o desgaste da máquina, etc. Dessa forma, o reabastecimento do(s) fluido(s) inicial(is) fornece um desempenho melhorado e consistente dos fluidos iniciais resultando em um desgaste de componente muito reduzido e um custo de ciclo de vida de equipamento. Adicionalmente, um método/sistema mais ecológico é fornecido visto que o desgaste, na forma de óleo(s) gasto(s) que é(são) eliminado(s) após o uso prolongado, é reduzido visto que é convertido em um óleo de cilindro.
