Abstract
"QUEIMADOR PARA UM COMBUSTOR DE TURBINA DE GáS". Trata-se de um queimador para um combustor de turbina de gás que utiliza um suporte de chama de corpo bojudo central e um 'quarl' para formar a zona de recirculação a fim de estabilizar o processo de combustão. O queimador inclui, entre outros elementos, um corpo principal cilíndrico e um suporte de chama. O suporte de chama é disposto dentro de uma câmara de misturação de combustível-ar e inclui uma parte base e um corpo bojudo alongado. A parte base acopla com o corpo principal do queimador em uma maneira de suporte e o corpo bojudo alongado estende-se em uma direção axialmente a jusante da parte base através da câmara de misturação interna de modo a posicionar um ponto de ignição de combustão a jusante da câmara de misturação interna. Em uma realização representativa, o queimador inclui adicionalmente um dispositivo 'quarl' disposto adjacente à parte de extremidade a jusante do corpo principal do queimador. O dispositivo 'quarl' define uma câmara de recirculação interna e uma saída do queimador. A câmara de recirculação interna é adaptada para receber os gases da pré-combustão da câmara de misturação e para recircular uma parte dos gases do produto da combustão em uma direção a montante para ajudar na estabilização da combustão.
