Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO LAMINADOR". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo laminador (1) apresentando dois cilindros trabalhadores (2) que são apoiados num montante de cilindros (4) por meio de ferragens dos cilindros trabalhadores (3), sendo que as ferragens dos cilindros trabalhadores (3) podem ser travadas e destravadas no montante de cilindros (4) por meio de pelo menos um travamento de cilindros trabalhadores (5); pelo menos dois outros cilindros (6), em particular, dois cilindros de apoio, que são apoiados no montante de cilindros (4) por meio de ferragens de outros cilindros (7); sendo que pelo menos um dos cilindros trabalhadores (2), bem como pelo menos um dos outros cilindros (6) podem ser ajustados no montante de cilindros (4), em particular, no sentido vertical, para ajustar o espaço entre os cilindros que é desejado em relação ao outro cilindro trabalhador (2) ou, eventualmente, em relação ao segundo outro cilindro (6); sendo que os cilindros trabalhadores (2) são dotados de meios de deslocamento axial (8) para serem deslocados no sentido axial, com os quais os cilindros trabalhadores (2) podem ser trazidos para uma posição axial desejada em relação ao montante de cilindros (4) e podem ser mantidos ali; e sendo que os cilindros trabalhadores (2) estão em ligação ativa com meios para dobrar (9), com os quais podem ser atingidos por um momento flexor. Para melhorar a possibilidade de ajuste do dispositivo laminador para uma grande abertura, a presente invenção prevê que os meios de deslocamento axial (8) estejam posicionados ou atuem entre o montante de cilindros (4) e o travamento dos cilindros trabalhadores (5) e que os meios para dobrar (9) estejam posicionados ou atuem entre a ferragem dos cilindros trabalhadores (3) e a ferragem do outro cilindro (7).
