Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MONTAGEM MECáNICA DE UM DISPOSITIVO EM UM EIXO". A presente invenção refere-se a um suporte mecânico que prende de forma axial e radial um dispositivo, tal como um ventilador (204) a um eixo (202) de um motor sem a necessidade de utilizar parafusos de retenção ou canais. A eliminação de um canal e parafuso de retenção para prender um ventilador (204) a um eixo de motor (202) minimiza a tensão à qual o ventilador é submetido durante sua operação. Determinadas modalidades ilustrativas de um sistema da presente invenção compreendendo: um dispositivo, um suporte de material endurecido (206) possuindo uma borda de inserção com um formato cóncavo preso ao dispositivo; e um eixo incluindo um sulco axial possuindo um formato cóncavo e um sulco radial, onde o suporte ao longo da borda de inserção é inserido dentro do sulco axial e radial, o formato cóncavo da borda de inserção do suporte e o formato cóncavo do sulco axial promovendo um encaixe justo entre o eixo e o suporte para impedir o movimento axial e radial do dispositivo.
