Abstract

"MéTODO DE EMPREGO DA ELEVAçãO DE MARINOBUFAGENINA NA DETERMINAçãO DA PRESENçA DE PRé-ECLAMPSIA E APARELHOS RELACIONADOS". é fornecido um método para determinação da presença de pré-eclampsia onde a determinação é feita baseada no fato de haver uma elevação substancial na marinobufagenina que pode ser derivada do sangue ou urina e se tal elevação não existe o que conclui que não existe pré-eclampsia na paciente. O método pode ser praticado vantajosamente pelo emprego de urina, soro sang³íneo, plasma sang³íneo como o espécime n corporal que contém a proteína na determinação de se a paciente tem pré-eclampsia. O método pode incluir subseq³ente tratamento terapêutico da paciente. Um aparelho diagnóstico relacionado também é fornecido.
