Abstract

"LIGA E OBJETO COM ALTA RESISTêNCIA AO CALOR E ALTA ESTABILIDADE TéRMICA". A invenção refere-se a uma liga para produção de objetos com alta resistência ao calor e tenacidade. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um objeto de aço de trabalho a quente com alta dureza, alta resistência ao calor e alta estabilidade térmica. Para aperfeiçoamento do perfil de propriedades, a uma temperatura de trabalho elevada, está previsto de acordo com a invenção que um material preliminar, preferivelmente, com uma composição em % em peso: carbono (C) 0,15 até 0,44 silício (Si) 0,04 até 0,3 manganês (Mn) 0,06 até 0,4 cromo (Cr) 1,2 até 5,0 molibdênio (Mo) 0,8 até 6,5 níquel (Ni) 3,4 até 9,8 vanádio (V) 0,2 até 0,8 cobalto (Co) 0,1 até 9,8 alumínio (Al) 1,4 até 3,0 ferro (Fe) restante, seja moldado por transformação e trabalho a quente para um objeto e esse objeto apresente na estrutura, após um tratamento térmico, carburetos precipitados secundariamente e precipitações intermetálicas.
