Abstract

"PNEU PARA VEìCULOS, BANDA DE RODAGEM PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULO, COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA VULCANIZáVEL, SISTEMA DE VULCANIZAçãO PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULO, E, PROCESSOS PARA MANUFATURAR UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, PARA COBRIR UM PNEU GASTO PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E PARA AUMENTAR A RESISTêNCIA AO DESGASTE DE UM PNEU". Um pneu (1) para veículos é descrito compreendendo uma banda de rodagem (9) compreendendo uma base polimérica vulcanizada, incluindo: a) pelo menos uma carga de reforço dispersa em dita base polimérica, b) uma quantidade de resíduo extraível de pelo menos um acelerador de vulcanização, contendo pelo menos um átomo de carbono ligado a pelo menos dois átomos de enxofre de 0,5 a 1,8% em peso, com base no peso total da banda de rodagem (9); c) uma quantidade de pelo menos um ativador, expresso como equivalentes de óxido de zinco, não mais elevada do que 2 % em peso com base no peso total da banda de rodagem (9); d) uma quantidade de enxofre combinado inferior a 2,5% em peso, com base no peso total da banda de rodagem (9). Vantajosamente, dito pneu tem uma melhorada resistência ao desgaste, bem como uma resistência a derrapagem úmida e, possivelmente, uma resistência ao rolamento comparável àquelas dos pneus conhecidos para o mesmo tipo de uso.
