Abstract

"REDUçãO DO ACúMULO DE EXTRUSãO DE COMPOSIçõES POLIMéRICAS NO GUME DE MATRIZ". Processo para extrusão de matriz de polímeros fundidos que reduz o acúmulo no gume de matriz e seus efeitos prejudiciais. A extrusão direta de pelotas poliméricas misturadas e pelotas concentradas de carga em uma concretização evita uma etapa de pré-compostagem e reduz a tendência do polímero e das partículas de carga de aderirem à porção de saída da matriz. Em outras concretizações, um raio de gume de matriz reduzido e temperaturas de processamento de fusão inferiores adicionalmente melhoram os benefícios obtidos. Para película de múltiplas camadas co-extrusada, as concretizações de eliminação de cargas e aditivos antibloqueio nas camadas de revestimento adicionam-se aos níveis de redução de acúmulo no gume da matriz obtidos. Horas de operação contínua sem acúmulo excessivo no gume da matriz em uma disposição, foram aumentadas de um nível de 4 a 6, por exemplo, para mais de 20 horas. Os níveis de defeito de produto reduzido foram também obtidos.
