Abstract

<B>"COMPOSIçõES CONTENDO UM PEPTìDIO E UM áCIDO GLICóLICO POLILáCTICO, ADEQUADAS PARA PREPARAçãO DE IMPLANTES SUBSCUTâNEOS COM PERìODO DE LIBERAçãO PROLONGADO"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a composições que compreendem um peptídio e um ácido poliláctico-glicólico (PLGA), em que a distribuição do tamanho das partículas do peptídio no PLGA resulta altamente heterogênea, adequada para preparação de implantes subcutâneos, tendo um tempo de liberação pelo menos igual a 6 meses.
