Abstract

"PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, MéTODOS PARA AUMENTAR A CAPACIDADE DE CARGA DE UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO E PARA ELIMINAR O TORQUE DE TORçãO" Um pneu para rodas de veículo compreende uma carcaça de forma toroidal que possui uma estrutura de reforço consistindo essencialmente de pelo menos uma lona de tecido emborrachado que é reforçado com cordas metálicas assentando em planos radiais contendo o eixo de rotação do pneu, uma tira de rodagem que é localizada sobre a coroa e estendendo-se coaxialmente ao redor da mencionada carcaça e é provido de um padrão em relevo para contato por rolagem com a estrada, uma estrutura de cinta arranjada coaxialmente entre a mencionada carcaça e a mencionada tira de rodagem, e duas paredes laterais axialmente opostas terminando em um par de talões, cada um provido de pelo menos um núcleo de reforço anular circunferencialmente inextensível, para fixar o pneu sobre um correspondente aro de montagem. No pneu acima mencionado, as extremidades da estrutura de reforço da carcaça nãos e estendem radialmente para dentro além do perfil radialmente mais interno dos acima mencionados núcleos de reforço de talão anulares, enquanto o perfil neutro da estrutura de reforço acima mencionada, estendendo-se axialmente de talão a talão, intercepta a seção transversal da zona que envolve os mencionados núcleos de reforço de talão anulares.
