Abstract

"VIGA DE REFORçO DE PORTA DE VEìCULO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR A MESMA". Uma viga de reforço de porta de veículo (18) cortada e formada a frio a partir de uma chapa plana de aço de resistência ultra-elevada, compreendendo uma peça bruta de viga cortada de uma chapa plana de aço de resistência ultra-elevada para prover uma porção de peça bruta central alongada, geralmente plana, estendendo-se de extremidade a extremidade da peça bruta de viga, e porções de peça bruta laterais integrais sobre os lados opostos da porção de peça bruta central. A porção de peça bruta central inclui seções terminais de parede opostas construídas e arranjadas para serem presas fixamente à armação de porta de veículo, e uma seção de parede central alongada estendendo-se entre as seções terminais de parede.
