Abstract

<B>TRANSDUTOR ULTRA-SÈNICO DE ALTA POTêNCIA<D> Um método que melhora as características de saída de um transdutor ultra-sónico de alta potência (1) forçando um gás refrigerante (13) a fluir através do transdutor, passando deste modo um elemento de refrigeração (18) entre cada par adjacente de elementos piezoelétricos (6,7). Em uma modalidade preferida é utilizado hexafluoreto de enxofre (SF~ 6~) como gás refrigerante.
