Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PREPARAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTARES PARA POSTERIOR PROCESSAMENTO" Em um método de preparação de produtos alimentares, moles e viscosos, para processamento posterior, os produtos alimentares são aquecidos pela parte inferior para preparar uma camada superficial de produto alimentar formando uma crosta que mantém e suporta o produto alimentar nas etapas de processamento posterior. Um aparelho para realizar este método compreende um transportador de correia tendo uma correia transportadora para transportar os produtos alimentares, moles ou viscosos, ao longo da trajetória a montante do processamento posterior, e elementos de aquecimento posicionados embaixo e em ambos os lados da correia transportadora na trajetória a montante do processamento posterior. Os elementos de aquecimento aquecem os produtos alimentares, moles ou viscosos, na correia transportadora pela parte inferior e nas laterais formando uma crosta capaz de manter e suportar os produtos alimentares durante o subsequente processamento.
