Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO EM UM APARELHO DE TELEFONE MóVEL CELULAR". Disposição em relação com um aparelho de telefone móvel celular (1), tendo uma portinhola ou aba protetora pivotavelmente disposta sobre um corpo (2) do aparelho (1). A aba é pivotável em torno de um eixo (8) e é prevista para poder fisicamente cobrir pelo menos partes de um miniteclado (5) sobre o aparelho (1). O eixo (8) compreende dispositivos de articulação passivos numa sua extremidade para estabelecer uma conexão pivotante fixa ao longo de um eixo geométrico de pivó para a aba (F), e dispositivos de articulação ativos (A) na sua extremidade oposta para positivamente compelir a aba a ocupar pelo menos uma posição predeterminada. O conjunto de articulação ativo (A) é disposto em um compartimento ou cavidade substancialmente fechada (10) numa extremidade do corpo (2) e é constituído de um eixo e de uma mola combinada de torção/pressão sobre ele disposta. A mola tem nas suas respectivas extremidades, dedos atuando como partes de reação de uma mola de torção para compelir positivamente a aba a partir de uma posição fechada e travada cobrindo o miniteclado (5) para uma posição de uso aberta a 120° a 170° em relação à posição fechada após o destravamento da trava. A mola (15) também compreende superfícies de pressionar afetadas por um conjunto seguidor de came (28), desse modo obtendo uma função de cancelamento não destrutiva para a aba (F).
