Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE COGUMELOS EM CâMARA FECHADA", refere-se a Patente de Invenção a processo de produção de cogumelos em câmara (C) fechada através de domínio e controle de variáveis importantes no perfeito desenvolvimento da cultura de cogumelos, como é o caso da temperatura do composto, da temperatura e umidade do ambiente e do teor de gás carbónico no composto, com a utilização de sensor de temperatura diretamente no composto (TCS), sensor de temperatura ambiente (TAS), sensor de umidade relativa (URS), sensor de temperatura de orvalho (TOS) durante a incubação e grafiatura e adicionalmente sensor de teor de gás carbónico (CO~ 2~S), sensores de temperatura (TCS, TAS e TOS) e sensor de umidade relativa (URS) durante o rebaixo de temperatura, indução a frutificação e colheita, que proporcionam maior produtividade, melhor qualidade do produto, diminuição de mão de obra na produção, flexibilidade com melhor adaptação aos diversos tipos de compostos, maior rentabilidade, maior confiabilidade, melhor controle de contaminações e maior facilidade de gerenciamento do processo de produção.
