Abstract

"DESTRAVADOR AUTOMáTICO DO CINTO DE SEGURANçA", setor técnico de segurança em transportes terrestres, marítimos e aéreos. Esta adição de invenção da PI 9904680-6 visa a não deixar que o cinto se destrave enquanto o veículo estiver sofrendo algum movimento relevante, como quedas em declives acentuados, derrapagens, capotagens, "carambolas" etc. Por intermédio de uma única placa de circuito eletrónico (51), através de um sensor de aceleração (59), impactos provocados em todo o plano horizontal do veículo são captados, fazendo com que o microcontrolador (74) fique em estado de alerta até que cessem os impactos dentro de um tempo previamente estipulado. Com isso, são acionados os êmbolos (23) dos solenóides (22), que puxam a engrenagem "T" (25), liberando a fivela do cinto. Esse solenóide (22), também pode ser adaptado a outros tipos de cinto de segurança, por intermédio de uma chapa (100), à parte interna do botão de aperte (101). Ao retrair o êmbolo do solenóide, o botão de aperte é puxado no mesmo sentido que faria através do acionamento manual, liberando a chapa de retenção (106) e a fivela do cinto (102). Esse mecanismo eletrónico também pode ser conectado diretamente ao sistema elétrico de trancamento das portas de automotores terrestres, e também à ignição, acarretando o destravamento das portas e o desligamento do motor e eletricidade geral do veículo.
