Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"RECIPIENTE RESISTENTE à MANIPULAçãO POR CRIANçAS"<D>. Caixa resistente à manipulação por crianças ou estojo para tabletes de construção moldada em plástico numa só peça, geralmente feito de uma base retangular chata e um topo de tampa interligados por uma dobradiça integral "viva". Um par de abas conjugadas, cada qual estendendo-se ao longo das bordas frontais da base e do topo, isto é, as bordas afastadas da dobradiça. Cada aba possui um recesso em formato de arco, cujos recessos ficam mutuamente descentrados entre si, no sentido lateral da caixa quando a mesma é fechada com as abas encostadas umas nas outras. Colocando-se o polegar num dos recessos, e a ponta do dedo indicador no outro recesso, pressão de abertura pode ser aplicada para, assim, prontamente abrir a caixa. Uma vez que apenas um recesso é visível quando se olha a caixa a partir do topo ou do fundo, este modo de abrí-la não é prontamente percebido por um bebê ou uma criança de pouca idade, mas fica bem fácil para um enfermo ou um idoso entender e usar o método para abertura da caixa por simples pressão do dedo. Além disso, a base possui um par de dedos elásticos de fecho localizados, cada qual, nos lados opostos junto à borda frontal da base, e que se protejam para cima, partindo da parede de fundo da base, no formato cantiléver. O topo apresenta um par de cavidades cooperativas que recebem as extremidades livres da espiga de fechamentio dos dedos elásticos, a fim de torná-los acessíveis pelo lado de fora estando a caixa na condição fechada. As bordas externas das cavidades formam a parte da percussão do sistema de fechamento. Para abrir o estojo é necessário fazer presão com a mão simultaneamente sobre ambas as extremidades da espiga dos dedos elásticos, a fim movê-las para a condição de destrave e, em seguida, segurá-las nesta condição, simultaneamente, também com a outra mão, pressão para abrir deve ser aplicada às duas abas frontais nos recessos descentrados já mencionados. Esta operação de duas mãos resiste ainda, a abertura pela criança, por causa da exigência de complexa coordenação de manipulação com as duas mãos.
