Trata-se de um trabalho que demonstra a preparação de aza-açúcares com as seguintes formulas estruturais: Esta invenção refere-se a um novo processo de síntese da 1-deoxinojirimmicina (<B>1<D>), N-butil-1-deoxinojirimicina (<B>16<D>), miglitol (<B>54<D>) e derivados. As substâncias desta invenção tem os seguintes tipos de atividades biológicas: anti-HIV, anti-diabetes, anti-hepatite B e contra doenças do metabolismo. O processo de preparação de aza-açúcares descrito nesta invenção quando comparado com os descritos anteriormente na literatura química, apresenta as seguintes vantagens: melhor rendimento global, baixo custo dos reagentes, número reduzido de etapas de síntese com fácil reprodução dos resultados experimentais.Invention Patent: <B> A NEW SYNTHESIS PROCESS OF AZA-SUGARS WITH BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY <D>. This is a work that demonstrates the preparation of aza-sugars with the following structural formulas: This invention relates to a new process for the synthesis of 1-deoxinojirimmicin (<B> 1 <D>), N-butyl-1 -deoxinojirimicin (<B> 16 <D>), miglitol (<B> 54 <D>) and derivatives. The substances of this invention have the following types of biological activities: anti-HIV, anti-diabetes, anti-hepatitis B and against diseases of metabolism. The process of preparing aza-sugars described in this invention when compared to those previously described in the chemical literature, has the following advantages: better overall yield, low cost of reagents, reduced number of synthesis steps with easy reproduction of experimental results.
