Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FORMAR UMA JUNçãO DE FURO DE POçO, MéTODO PARA MODIFICAR AS PROPRIEDADES DE UM ESTRATO SUBTERRâNEO, MéTODO PARA MODIFICAR AS PROPRIEDADES DE UMA FORMAçãO E MéTODO PARA ESTABILIZAR UMA FORMAçãO SUBTERRâNEA". Aparelho e métodos são providos para conseguir uma conexão de furo de poço lateral em um poço subterrâneo. Em uma configuração descrita, um primeiro furo de poço é perfurado interceptando uma formação e então um segundo furo de poço é perfurado através de uma parede lateral de uma coluna de tubular posicionada no primeiro furo de poço. Quer antes ou subsequente ao segundo furo de poço sendo perfurado, um material estabilizante é posicionado em um anel entre a coluna tubular e o primeiro furo de poço.
