A presente invenção trata-se de um método de sugação química de árvore das famílias Musaceae (banana) e Plantanginacease (banana-da-terra), o qual compreende a introdução, em uma árvore mãe, de uma quantidade de uma composição eficaz para reter a dominância apical da árvore mãe.
