Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA REALIZAR CONTROLE DE POTêNCIA EM UMA REDE DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL, ELEMENTO DE REDE E ESTAçãO BASE". Um processo e sistema para realizar controle de potência em uma rede de comunicação move compreendendo pelo menos uma estação base (10) e um elemento de rede (20) conectado com a estação base (10), em que uma informação de confiabilidade é transmitida pela estação base (10) para o elemento de rede (20), a informação de confiabilidade definindo uma qualidade de uma rádio transmissão entre a estação base (10) e um terminal móvel. Baseado sobre a informação de confiabilidade transmitida, o elemento de rede (20) determina uma variação de um ponto prefixado alvo para controle de potência e transmite um comando de controle de potência definindo a variação do ponto prefixado alvo para a estação base (10). Dessa maneira, um procedimento controlador específico de portador pode ser efetuado e a sinalização do procedimento pode ser realizada através do plano do usuário. Esta implementação proporciona um controle de potência de laço externo tendo a flexibilidade necessária para adaptar seus parâmetros à característica do portador de uma conexão efetiva.
