Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR MATERIAIS PARA DECORAçãO E CONSTRUçãO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA QUE LEMBRAM PEDRA NATURAL". A invenção relaciona-se a um processo para produzir materiais para decoração e construção de alta resistência que lembram pedra natural, estão sob a forma de painéis e são usados para revestir fachadas, paredes e pisos, tanto internos quanto externos, a partir de misturas de vidro quebrado, componentes minerais e aditivos finamente divididos, com uma composição especificada. Um auxiliar de sinterização, sob a forma de uma solução de oxicloretos metálicos ou alcóxidos ou tetracloretos metálicos, preferivelmente tetracloreto de titânio, é adicionado à mistura, que é então introduzida em um molde resistente a calor. Neste molde, a mistura é sujeitada a uma operação de sinterização convencional. O auxiliar de sinterização que foi adicionado torna isto possível, particularmente para reduzir a temperatura máxima de sinterização e para melhorar consideravelmente a qualidade da superfície.
