Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"SISTEMA DE DéBITO E PROCESSO DE DéBITO EM UMA REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçõES"<D>. Processo de débito e sistema de débito para determinar valores de uso que são debitados ao usuário de um sistema de telecomunicações digital, no qual o valor de uso debitado para uma ligação é determinado, antes de ser completada essa ligação, de propriedades estatísticas de ligações anteriores do usuário. Preferivelmente, os valores de uso são determinados de um perfil de cliente dinâmico, armazenado em uma primeira área de memória, que é derivado de uma ou mais variáveis casuais de ligações anteriores do usuário da rede de telecomunicações digital. Depois de novas ligações do usuário, o perfil de cliente armazenado é novamente derivado dinamicamente. Em uma variante simples, o perfil de cliente contém um valor proporcional ao preço médio por ligação ou ao tempo de ligação médio para o usuário. Em uma forma preferida, porém, o perfil de cliente também contém funções multidimensionais de variáveis casuais de ligações anteriores do usuário da rede de telecomunicações digital. As variáveis casuais que são usadas para derivação do perfil de cliente contêm, por exemplo, o tempo de ligação, a hora do dia, o dia da semana e/ou propriedades geográficas de ligações anteriores. Os valores de uso também são, preferivelmente, dependentes de uma carga de sistema obtida estastisticamente. Vantagens: os valores de uso podem ser descontados, por exemplo, de um sistema de pagamento prévio, antes de a ligação ser completada.
