Abstract

Em uma endentação de embreagem, especialmente em um câmbio, ou em uma luva comutadora ou em uma roda de marcha, os dentes estão aplicados no lado da base em uma superfície básica (12), cilíndrica, com relação ao eixo de rotação, em direção axial são alongados e na sua extremidade acopladora possuem um contorno de teto em declive desde a base do dente até a cabeça do dente, sendo que o referido contorno do teto apresenta uma aresta de teto (5) arredondada; o raio da seção arredondado da aresta do teto da base do dente até a cabeça do dente aumenta de acordo com uma função predeterminada, a fim de que o procedimento do processo de engranzamento, após o contato inicial, possa ser configurado de modo mais suave possível.
