No processo, um fio com resistência eletricamente aquecido (4) é enrolado em torno do núcleo (1), as extremidades do fio com resistência (4) são conectadas a cavilhas (5, 6), pinos (9, 10) são encaixados em rebaixos (furos) (7, 8) providos no núcleo (1), e as cavilhas (5, 6) são suportadas no núcleo (1) por meio de pinos (9, 10) conectados ao mesmo.
