Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE AMÈNIA''<D>. A amónia é removida do gás de síntese, ou outros solventes gasosos pela utilização de um sorvente para remover a amónia seguida por uma regeneração in situ do sorvente e recuperação da amónia. A amónia é sorvida sobre o leito de sorvente, dessa forma produzindo um solvente gasoso purificado. A regeneração é conseguida pelo uso de pelo menos uma porção do solvente gasoso que é depois manipulado para aumentar sua capacidade solvente para a amónia e passado através do sorvente na direção oposta para dessorver a amónia do sorvente para produzir um solvente gasoso com maior capacidade solvente. A amónia é então recuperada do solvente gasoso com maior capacidade solvente.
