Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABEçA DE MOLDE PARA A FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA VERTICAL DE MASSALOTE DE PRODUTOS DE METAL DE SEçãO TRANSVERSAL ALONGADA"<D>. Neste tipo de molde, uma cabeça de alimentação (23), feita de refratário termicamente isolante, encaixa-se no topo do cristalizador de cobre resfriado (7), estando alinhada, internamente, com ele, a fim de definir uma passagem para o metal fundido, com interposição entre os dois de uma inserção (24), feita de refratário denso, tendo propriedades de resistência mecânica. De acordo com a invenção, essa inserção (24) consiste em barras, cada barra (29) sendo formada por um conjunto rígido de elementos contíguos alinhados e justapostos
