Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE DESLIGAMENTO ATIVáVEL POR FLUIDO".<D> Dispositivo de fechamento de fluido ativável, em uma modalidade como válvula de fechamento que compreende um alojamento de válvula (1) formado com uma passagem de fluxo (2) através do mesmo e um corpo de válvula suportado de forma móvel (3), movível entre uma posição de válvula aberta, na qual o corpo de válvula (3) é principalmente retirado da passagem do fluxo (2), a qual é essencialmente desobstruída, e uma posição de válvula fechada na qual o corpo de válvula bloqueia a passagem de fluxo (2). O corpo da válvula (3) é disposto para fechar a válvula por condições anormais de fluxo por uma parte (7) que é formada de modo que o fluxo de fluido provê uma força de elevação que afeta o corpo da válvula (3) e procura movê-la em direção à posição fechada. O corpo da válvula (3), pode, assim, fechar por meio de um aumento anormal na taxa, densidade ou viscosidade do fluido. A parte (7) também pode ser suportada por um coxim de expansão disposto para empurrar a superfície de elevação mais ainda para a passagem de fluxo como conseq³ência das mudanças na pressão e/ou temperatura, provendo uma elevação maior, de modo que o corpo da válvula (3) feche. A parte de válvula é equipada de plugs (11) para fechar seq³encialmente os canais de estrangulamento para o fluxo de fluido hidráulico/pneumático entre as câmaras 4-6 para controlar o corpo de válvula (3), de modo que sejam evitadas ondas no sistema de tubo em que a válvula é instalada.
