Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE UMA MATéRIA-PRIMA LáCTICA, CONTENDO GMP"<D>. Um processo industrial simples de troca de íons consiste em tratar uma matéria-prima láctica líquida que contém o glicomacropeptídeo na presença de uma resina aniónica fraca, de modo a se obter um produto protéico melhorado, utilizável na alimentação, e esse glicomacropeptídeo, que é adsorvido seletivamente sobre a resina, depois é eluído dessa resina. Antes do tratamento com a resina, a matéria-prima líquida é descationizada, de modo que o pH tenha um valor de 1 a 4,5.
