Abstract

"PROCESSO, E, SISTEMA PARA NOTIFICAR UM USUáRIO ANTECIPADAMENTE DE UMA CHEGADA IMINENTE DE UM VEìCULO". Um sistema de notificação antecipada (10) notifica usuários da chegada iminente de um veículo, por exemplo, um veículo de entrega de encomenda noturna, em uma particular parada de veículo. O sistema geralmente inclui uma unidade de controle de veículo de bordo VCU (12) para cada veículo e uma unidade de controle de estação base BSCU (14) para enviar mensagens para usuários de computador (29) no sentido de informar os usuários quando o veículo reside em um certo período de tempo pré-definido, distância, parada anterior, ponto de localização a partir da parada do veículo. Ainda mais, a BSCU, uma rede de computador e "software" localizados em um computador de usuário podem ser combinados em diversas configurações para comunicar uma mensagem da chegada iminente de um veículo particular antes que este chegue.
