Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CIRCUITO ANALóGICO PARA UM SISTEMA DE MICROSCóPIO DE FOCO AUTOMáTICO"<D>. Um circuito analógico para um sistema de microscópio de foco automático mede um grau de foco de um objeto diretamente de um sinal de vídeo de uma câmera CCD de microscópio. O circuito então retorna um índice de foco para um computador hospedeiro para o propósito de ajustar a posição da lente objetiva do microscópio para trazer o objeto em foco. O melhor foco é encontrado comparando índices em diversas, diferentes posições verticais. O critério adotado para a determinação do grau de foco é derivado da distribuição de energia do espectro do sinal de vídeo. O sinal passa através de um filtro de passa alta, uma porta (para remover artefatos de exploração), um elemento de quadratura e um integrador. A energia de alta freq³ência do espectro de vídeo é um máximo no melhor foco e como a desfocagem ótica, a distribuição desloca-se para freq³ências mais baixas. é conseguido, foco automático em tempo real, de baixo custo, com o circuito analógico desta invenção, substituindo equipamento de processamento de imagem em tempo real dedicado mais caro.
