Abstract
"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA SEGMENTAçãO E RASTREAMENTO DE OBJETOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado para segmentação de imagem e rastreamento de objetos de vídeo. Enquanto os processos convencionais confiam sobre a homogeneidade de movimento dos objetos a serem rastreados, o presente processo é baseado sobre um conceito de projeção de partição no qual ambas as informações espaciais e de movimento são agora exploradas e implementados por intermédio de um abordagem de partição dupla modificada, incluindo uma re-segmentação de uma primeira partição sucedida por uma etapa de projeção da partição fina obtida em o quadro atual. Objetos apresentando movimento não-homogêneo, objetos estáticos, e partes de um objeto com movimento homogêneo pode assim ser rastreado.
