Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PRODUTO ESPUMADO POR INJEçãO E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO"<D>. Um produto espumado por injeçãoque possui uma porção de material diferente e um método de fabricação do mesmo. O método compreende as etapas de preparar uma mistura de material principal, pré-formar uma peça de material auxiliar tendo uma propriedade diferente de uma propriedade da mistura de material principal, formar uma região de cavidade auxiliar em uma cavidade de um molde para a formação de espuma por injeção, colocar a peça de material auxiliar na região de cavidade auxiliar, encher a mistura de material principal na cavidade, mantendo a mistura de material principal e a peça de material auxiliar na cavidade sob uma temperatura e pressão predeterminadas por um tempo predeterminado; e abrir o molde de maneira a obter o produto espumado por injeção. De acordo com os produtos espumados por injeção tendo diversas propriedades tais como cor, densidade e dureza podem ser obtidos de maneira fácil e eficiente.
