Abstract

<B>ACIONAMENTO DE LAMINADOR COM FUSOS DE ARTICULAçõES DENTADAS E COM UM DISPOSITIVO PARA LUBRIFICAçãO REVOLVENTE<D>. Um mecanismo de acionamento de laminador com fusos articulados dentados (5, 6), integrados entre cilindros (1, 2) propulsionáveis e seus câmbios (3, 4), com um dispositivo de fusos articulados dentados (5, 6), para a sua lubrificação revolvente, apresentando um anel alimentador de óleo (8, 9) ranhurado, que pode ser acoplado em um suprimento de óleo (7), a partir do qual o óleo pode ser suprido por um canal central (10, 11) da haste do fuso (12, 13), na direção das articulações dentadas (27, 28), bem como tendo um alojamento (14) fixo, destinado a alimentação do óleo e que envolve à distância a haste do fuso (12, 13), e tendo uma bomba de transporte de óleo (16) acoplável do lado da pressão aos anéis adutores de óleo (8, 9), podendo cooperar com um resfriador de óleo (15), estando vantajosamente configurado de tal maneira que cada fuso articulado adentado (5, 6) está envolto por um tubo (17, 18) à distância radial, mediante configuração de um canal de refluxo de óleo (19, 20), em formato circular anelar, sendo que o tubo (17, 18) está aberto na extremidade do lado do câmbio e para o efeito do escoamento do óleo projeta-se dentro do alojamento coletor de óleo (14) ali existente, e o canal de refluxo de óleo (19, 20) está em conexão circulante de óleo com o canal central (10, 11), através da luva de fuso (21, 22), com endentação interna e do lado da estrutura de laminação, sendo que o tubo (17, 18) é conduzido articuladamente e vedado do lado da estrutura de laminação, na direção do exterior, através de uma articulação esférica (25, 26) ali prevista e diante da luva de fuso (21, 22).
